Our balloons are mylar (foil). They are helium quality, self sealing.
	All of our balloons are shipped flat, without helium. You should be able to get them filled locally for a small charge at a florist or party store near you, saving you on shipping costs and ensuring your balloons have the maximum inflation when you need them. Small "Balloon Time" disposable helium balloon kits are also available at hobby stores and Wal-Mart for filling them at home. Helium tanks are also available to rent at welding supply stores.
	If possible, please order balloons at least one week in advance. If you are ordering your balloons for a specific event, please let us know the date you need to have them by to ensure that we can get them to you in time. Use the "Optional Instructions" field in the PayPal checkout process for this.
